| Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Accurately record call details, requests, and complaints in the Arobas system or internal CRM Follow up on customer inquiries until resolution and provide timely updates Conduct Happy Calls to assess customer satisfaction after service delivery Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and track their resolution Prepare daily reports on call volume, customer satisfaction, and recurring issues Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services |
