| Bazaar is looking for an analytical, performance-oriented, and energized person who has excellent knowledge of formulating and running Advertising campaigns for applications. As a Campaign Manager, you will be asked to run campaigns across a number of media, Optimize them by measuring each channel's performance, and report on their efficiency to stakeholders like the B2B team and our customers. You are also responsible for maintaining effective communication with the technical team to give them vital feedback from the customer side.: Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement of Ads campaigns to minimize ads' cost. Communicate efficiently and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Sales, and Customers. Identify opportunities to improve the operational performance of Cafe Bazaar ad channels through insightful analysis of business metrics. Ensure all channels work properly, report bugs in case of abnormalities, and follow up until the problem is solved. Then Identify the impact of dysfunctionality and set alerts to mitigate its costs and risks. Follow industry trends and client needs in the Iranian market to help our clients grow. |
Responsibilities |
| Analytical with strong quantitative skills Excellent at working with Excel. Being familiar with SQL queries is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and influence change High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Ability to leverage analytics and work with datasets to understand performance, optimize campaigns, drive decision-making, and measure outcomes Knowledge of Digital Ads business models. Ability to establish constructive interaction with business partners. Persuasion skills. |
