Not being addicted to drugs and tobacco and not having an effective criminal conviction. Having a minimum diploma degree
Undergoing medical examinations and having physical and mental conditions based on aviation medical standards and acceptance in it with the approval of an accredited physician. Not being employed, studying, and not having a service commitment in other airlines. Specific Qualification Requirements Captain (Type Rated): Valid ATPL License and Type Rating
Minimum of 4,000 hours Total Jet experience and 500 PIC on Type. Valid Class 1 Medical
English Proficiency level 4 or above. Max Age 55 years. Ability to obtain security clearance from Croatian Authorities
Captain (Non-Type Rated): Valid ATPL License and Type Rating. Minimum of 4,000 hours Total Jet experience and 1,000 PIC on Jet. Valid Class 1 Medical
English Proficiency level 4 or above. Max Age 50 years
First Officer (Type Rated): Valid CPL License /ATPL theoretical exam passed /MCC /ME. Minimum of 300 hours type experience. Valid Class 1 Medical
English Proficiency level 4 or above. Max Age 30 years. Ability to obtain security clearance from Croatian Authorities
First Officer (Non-Type Rated): Valid CPL License /ATPL theoretical exam passed /MCC /ME
Valid Class 1 Medical. English Proficiency level 4 or above. Max Age 27 years. Ability to obtain security clearance from Croatian Authorities
Preferred conditions: BS or higher university graduate degree is an advantage. EASA license holders are preferred. (For Heavy types and as AVA will apply for TCO and NAT Operations)
