Job Description |
| Define and lead the organization’s enterprise-wide AI Transformation vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap. Drive AI adoption across all business functions to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, innovation, and decision-making. Identify high-impact AI opportunities across Business, operations, customer experience, and internal workflows. Lead organization-wide AI transformation initiatives from strategy through execution and operationalization. Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business objectives, growth strategies, and organizational priorities. Establish enterprise AI governance frameworks covering responsible AI, privacy, security, compliance, and ethical standards. Oversee the implementation and scaling of AI-driven platforms, automation systems, Generative AI solutions, and intelligent workflows. Build and lead cross-functional AI transformation teams. Define AI operating models, transformation methodologies, and organizational AI maturity frameworks. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, LLM ecosystems, enterprise automation tools, and strategic technology partnerships. Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure AI adoption, business impact, productivity gains, and operational outcomes. Lead organizational change management, AI capability development, and executive AI enablement initiatives. Manage enterprise AI investment priorities, budgets, vendor relationships, and transformation programs. Present AI transformation strategies, risks, opportunities, and progress updates to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders. |
Responsibilities |
| Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree (AI, Computer Science, MBA, or related disciplines) preferred. 12+ years of leadership experience in Technology, AI, Business, Enterprise Strategy, or related fields. Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation programs and cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations. Experience driving executive-level AI strategy, innovation, operational transformation, and organizational AI adoption. Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategic business decisions. Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven, or large-scale enterprise environments preferred. General understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Knowledge of AI Agents, intelligent automation, enterprise AI ecosystems, and modern AI technologies. Familiarity with enterprise AI architecture, cloud platforms, scalable infrastructure, AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance principles. Strong understanding of data analytics, operational intelligence, and AI-driven business transformation. Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI strategies and enterprise solutions. Strong strategic planning, transformation management, operational execution, and technology evaluation capabilities. Strategic and visionary leader with strong organizational influence, ownership, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead through ambiguity, drive organizational change, collaborate across functions, and balance innovation, scalability, governance, and business priorities. |
