Description job title
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to support customer contract administration, contract renewals, accounts receivable follow-up, and cross-functional coordination across Finance, Legal, Sales, and Technical teams. 
This role is ideal for someone with strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely execution of contractual and financial obligations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation, execution, amendment, renewal, and archiving of customer contracts.
Collect and verify required customer information and documentation.
Create, track, and follow up on tickets related to contracts, renewals, and customer requests.
Coordinate effectively with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure smooth execution of contract-related processes.
Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments and customer receivables.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, follow-up activities, and contract statuses.
Prepare regular reports on active contracts, renewals, signed agreements, and overdue receivables.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of contract and payment-related matters.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
Professional communication skills when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with business correspondence and administrative processes.
Experience working with Excel, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or similar operational tools.
Strong documentation, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of financial, invoicing, and contract management processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
