Monitor and evaluate process effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed. Analyze sales data, market trends, and vendor performance metrics to generate actionable insights. Utilize data to identify new vendor opportunities, forecast trends, and optimize acquisition strategies. Prepare and present analytical reports and recommendations to senior management. Proficiency in analyzing complex sales data and extracting meaningful insights to drive decision-making. Experience in leading and mentoring a team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and maintain high performance. Requirements: Skilled in evaluating and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in vendor acquisition and management. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Project) for tracking project progress and managing tasks. Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software for in-depth analysis and reporting. Ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
