Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution & Provide recommendations for strategic improvements and innovations. Set clear goals and expectations for team members and conduct regular performance reviews. Coordinate with market research, data analytics, and process optimization teams to support integrated planning. Work closely with the Strategic Planning Department to align commercial goals with organizational objectives. Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent financial modeling and forecasting abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
