| As a Commercial Support Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of the Pricing, Legal, Claim, Logistics, and Release teams to ensure optimal support for the sales department. This role requires a exceptional leadership skills to drive performance and you will be the key liaison between different teams and the sales force, ensuring all processes are streamlined to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. | Responsibilities: |
| Team Management: Lead and manage the Pricing, Legal, Claim, Logistics, and Release teams by providing direction, guidance, and support to enhance team performance and morale. Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration by coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and objectives. Claims Management: Oversee the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Logistics Coordination: Work with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and manage any related issues that may arise. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales support metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and utilize data to drive informed decision-making. |
Key Responsibilities
|
| Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Proven experience in claims management and customer service excellence. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive decisionmaking. Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. |
