| Position Overview We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Content & Social Specialist to support the daily management of our social media channels and digital content activities. This is a junior-level role, suitable for someone who is eager to learn, grow professionally, and gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing. This role is responsible for scheduling and publishing content, writing captions and social media copy, responding to user interactions, and supporting the execution of the content calendar. The ideal candidate is familiar with major social media platforms, has good writing and communication skills, and can collaborate closely with the Marketing and Design teams to create engaging content, follow social media trends, and ensure timely and professional communication with online audiences. |
Job Description |
| Manage day-to-day activities across social media channels. Schedule, publish, and maintain content on social media platforms. Respond to direct messages, comments, and user inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Escalate and follow up on customer requests, feedback, and complaints with relevant teams. Assist in developing and executing the content calendar. Write captions, social media copy, and other content required for digital channels. Collaborate with the Design and Marketing teams to create engaging content. Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities. |
Key Responsibilities |
| Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and X. Strong written communication and content creation skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of content creation and design tools is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media best practices is a plus. |
