Job Description:
We’re looking for a Content & Social Specialist who enjoys turning marketing ideas into content and campaigns that connect with people. You’ll help bring our social media plans to life across Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels—from planning content and writing copy to coordinating campaigns and learning from the results.
What you’ll do:
Plan and execute social media campaigns in line with our marketing goals.
Manage day-to-day social media activities and keep the content calendar on track.
Write and review captions, campaign messages, and other social content.
Work closely with our Design and Campaign teams to turn ideas into engaging posts and promotions.
Brief and coordinate with creative agencies, influencers, and other external partners, making sure deliverables stay on time.
Track campaign KPIs and spending, share clear performance reports, and suggest ways to improve results.
Stay curious about platform updates, audience behavior, and social trends—and bring relevant ideas to the team.
What we’re looking for:
+3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Hands-on experience running social media or promotional campaigns, especially on Instagram, Telegram, or LinkedIn.
Strong writing and communication skills in Persian and English.
Confidence working with campaign data, KPIs, reports, and budgets.
Experience collaborating with internal teams and external agencies or creative partners.
An organized, proactive approach and the ability to keep several projects moving at once.
Personal Attributes:
Execution-oriented and able to take responsibility for delivering campaigns and projects on time.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, and performance data.
Creative, curious, and highly aware of social media trends and emerging formats.
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Proactive in identifying executional problems and opportunities for improving campaign performance.
Experience in travel, influencer marketing, paid social, or content creation tools is a plus, not a requirement.
