Data Analyst - Contact Center

Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Provide forecasting and scenario modeling to support workforce planning and operational strategy. Create and automate regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor business performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into visual data solutions. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and visualizations. Analyze data trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Enhance existing reporting processes through automation and standardization. Provide training and support to team members on the use of dashboards and visual tools. Work with large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to assist in business process improvements.	Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in data reporting and visualization. Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report publishing, Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced data functions and automation capabilities, SQL for data extraction and manipulation, Knowledge of other data visualization tools. Strong analytical skills and experience in working with data to generate actionable insights, attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.	Requirements
