Data Engineer
Azkivam is looking for a mid-level Data Engineer with strong SQL and ETL skills to support and enhance our data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes, working with SQL Server, and building structured datasets for analysis. While this is a backend-focused role, you must be comfortable using Power BI to deliver or modify reports and should be open to growing in this area over time.	Job Description
Experience: 2+ years in data engineering or similar roles Technical Skills: T-SQL – Advanced SQL Server & SSMS – Intermediate SSIS (ETL development) – Intermediate Power BI – Familiar (capable of building/modifying reports) Language: English – Intermediate	Key Requirements
Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines using SSIS to transform and load data from various sources. Write and maintain complex T-SQL scripts to support data preparation, validation, and transformation processes. Manage and troubleshoot SQL Server databases and jobs, ensuring data quality, performance, and availability. Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into efficient, scalable data solutions. Use Power BI to build and update reports and dashboards as needed — primarily working with structured SQL datasets. Assist in the design of dimensional models to support reporting and analysis. Maintain documentation and data process standards for reusability and governance.	Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience with T-SQL (stored procedures, views, window functions, performance tuning). Proficient in SSIS and ETL workflows for data integration and transformation. Solid understanding of SQL Server (schemas, indexing, scheduling jobs, error handling). Familiarity with Power BI, including: Connecting to data sources Creating or modifying basic dashboards and visuals Understanding of workspaces, refresh schedules, and report publishing Understanding of data warehousing principles, star/snowflake schema, and staging models. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and data validation skills.	Required Skills
Basic DAX knowledge or experience with Power BI measures Fmiliarity with Git or version control tool Gender: Any Age: From 22 to 38 Seniority Level: Expert Required Experience Year: 2 year Working days: Saturday to Wednesday	Nice to Have
