| At blubank, we are seeking talented, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Data Scientist to join our friendly and professional team. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators and trends. Analyze complex banking datasets to generate insights that drive business decisions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and data pipelines. Assist in data migration efforts, including validating and transforming data as needed. Present analytical findings and insights to managers, offering actionable recommendations. Collaborate with IT teams to streamline data processes and integrate data from multiple systems. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. No specific certifications required, but relevant qualifications are a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role. Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data extraction and manipulation. Proficiency Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or equivalent. Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development. Familiarity with banking systems and financial datasets is an advantage. Knowledge of data visualization techniques to translate data into actionable insights.
