| Collaborate in planning and running SMS marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, offers, and lifecycle messages. Work with customer segments based on behavior and preferences to support targeted marketing efforts. Operate on customer journeys for campaigns to improve communication and engagement. Manage campaigns in terms of user touchpoints to ensure a consistent and effective experience. Understand marketing automation concepts. Run A/B tests to improve content, timing, and overall campaign performance. |
Responsibilities: |
| Knowledge of E-CRM regulations and best practices. Ability to analyze customer data, including behavior, preferences, and engagement metrics Experience with marketing automation and personalization tools. A passion for customer-centric marketing. |
