Job Description:
The Finance Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective financial planning, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. The role provides financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making, business planning, and the company’s strategic objectives.
Required Skills:
Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting across business units, projects, and subsidiaries.
Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, financial analyses, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, KPIs, and analytical frameworks to evaluate business performance, profitability, costs, cash flow, investments, and financial scenarios.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, monitor actual performance against approved budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions where required.
Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and overall financial liquidity.
Establish, implement, and continuously improve financial controls, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure financial integrity, transparency, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, internal financial policies, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Monitor financial risks, identify potential exposures, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies in coordination with relevant business and management teams.
Review contracts, projects, investments, major transactions, and business initiatives from financial, commercial, and risk perspectives, providing recommendations to management.
Apply data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and techniques to transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Analyze financial and operational trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue improvement, process efficiency, and enhanced business performance.
Coordinate effectively with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, financial institutions, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Support investment evaluation, project economics, cost analysis, business cases, financial feasibility studies, and other strategic financial assessments as required.
Provide senior management with timely financial insights, performance indicators, scenario analyses, and recommendations to support strategic planning and business decisions.
Lead, develop, and evaluate the finance team, promoting accountability, accuracy, analytical thinking, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, growth plans, and long-term organizational goals.

Required Education:
Bachelor Degree - Finance (Preferred)
Bachelor Degree - Accounting (Preferred)
Bachelor Degree - Economics (Preferred)
Bachelor Degree - Business Administration (Preferred)
Required Languages:
English (Intermediate)
