| Fashion & Gold Verticals Ads Manager in Ad-Service is responsible for driving revenue growth from advertising services for Fashion & Gold brands and sellers on Digikala. This role ensures optimized execution of full-funnel campaigns (sales- and awareness-led) and orchestrates cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes for brands and the sellers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement advertising strategies for Fashion & Gold vertical clients to achieve both awareness and sales goals. Manage revenue generation and ensure achievement of defined revenue targets through sales of Digikala Ads products and services. Lead the team day-to-day: set priorities, coach performance, handle escalations/crises, and keep delivery predictable during peak periods. Own advertising revenue growth for Fashion & Gold verticals by increasing the number of active advertisers and deepening their spend over time. Continuously identify new revenue opportunities by tracking market and category trends, and by understanding online retail consumer needs and behavior. Design, launch, and manage full-funnel advertising campaigns tailored to the objectives of brands and sellers, from awareness to conversion. Turn Digikala users’ data into clear insights, then into tailor-made solutions that help advertisers grow. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, sellers, agencies, media owners, and KOL/influencer networks to unlock larger and more integrated programs. Lead and coach the team: set direction, manage priorities and crises, develop people, and maximize strengths to raise delivery quality and speed. Stay current on Fashion, Apparel, Gold/Jewelry dynamics and the advertising landscape in Iran and globally, using that knowledge to convert emerging opportunities into advertiser partnerships. Competencies: Grow Fashion & Gold advertising revenue by increasing the number of active advertisers, improving retention, and expanding repeat spend. Lead full-funnel campaign strategy, design, and execution within Digikala’s retail media ecosystem—combining awareness and performance formats based on each advertiser’s objective. Own new-advertiser acquisition: build and manage a strong pipeline of Fashion & Gold brands and sellers, pitch vertical-fit solutions, close deals, and onboard them into always-on or seasonal programs. Drive retention and account growth for existing advertisers through insight-led approach. proactive optimization, and other tailor-made solutions. Translate Digikala customers/category data into actionable insights and tailor-made solutions that unlock growth for advertisers and the verticals |
