| Gender: Male and Female Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Specialist, located in Muscat, Oman. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment and retention efforts, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will also work closely with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's overall mission and goals. Qualifications Experience in this field Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources, with a solid understanding of HR best practices and applicable employment laws and regulations Demonstrated experience and success in recruitment and retention, employee relations, and performance management Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with management and employees at all levels of the organization Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex information effectively Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously Employment Type Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Experience in employee relations and talent management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Fluency in English language Having experience working in an office is important for professional growth and success. *"Sending the CV in English is mandatory."* |
