| Description | job title |
| Act as the primary legal contact for the subsidiary or business line. Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts, strategic agreements and key legal documents of the subsidiary. Lead and structure complex commercial negotiations and vendor/partner deals. Oversee dispute strategy, manage external litigation counsel and lead dispute resolution. Manage and mentor legal team members; review high-value drafts and legal analyses. Engage with regulators and handle regulatory filings where required. Work closely with leadership to integrate legal/compliance frameworks into product and commercial strategy. Oversee and ensure full alignment of the subsidiary’s operations, decision-making and legal processes with the Holding Company’s corporate governance framework and internal policies. What we’re looking for Master of laws degree. Bar license is a plus. 4+ years’ experience for Legal Supervisor/Manager Strong track record leading negotiations, managing disputes and supervising legal staff. Experience advising on e-commerce, fintech, SaaS/API agreements, IP/content licensing, corporate governance or data-protection is a strong advantage. Excellent business judgment, stakeholder management and fluent legal drafting in Persian and English. |
