job title

Lead the design, implementation, standardization and continuous improvement of organizational processes, procedures and management systems across the Holding and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, document and optimize key business processes and organizational workflows.
Develop and maintain Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms and other controlled documents.
Establish and maintain the organization’s Process Architecture, RACI and Process KPI framework.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO-based management systems and support internal/external audits.
Improve alignment between business processes, organizational structures and enterprise systems such as ERP, BPMS and DMS.
Establish document control and governance standards across the Holding and subsidiaries.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
Coordinate process and system improvement projects with senior management, process owners and subsidiaries.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business/Management, Systems Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of relevant experience in Process Management, Systems & Procedures, Organizational Development or Business Process Management.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Drilling, E&P, OFS, EPC or other project-based industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of process mapping, BPMN, documentation and management systems.
Familiarity with ISO standards, ERP, BPMS, DMS and workflow systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and process modeling tools such as Visual Paradigm, Visio, Bizagi or similar.
Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and Related Software Tools
