Collaborate with teams to develop comprehensive Go to Live plans and training for direct and indirect partners, while providing expert consultancy to the DevOps team regarding the impact of new product integrations on the enterprise/data architecture, ensuring seamless partner onboarding and optimal alignment across systems
To provide and keep management updated on the status of each assigned project
To guide and empower ITS operations teams to seamlessly integrate architecture principles, standards, reference models, and procedures into their workflow, influencing future system designs and technology selections
To initiate IT Infrastructure architecture modernization: Leverage existing investments while harnessing the agility and scalability of new architectures to enable new business opportunities
To be partner with ITS Architect Domain Leads to co-lead and deliver assigned projects through effective collaboration and shared ownership
To ensure organizational alignment with architecture directions, company Group roadmaps, and company policies, and directly shape the future by collaborating on policies, processes, systems artifacts, and reference architectures, guaranteeing seamless integration with development efforts and data architecture principles
To contribute to developing and maintaining an overall integrated, business-aligned application architecture framework for company in line with world-class standards (e-TOM, TAM/TNA, SID, TOGAF)
To leverage expertise to guide divisions in adopting new technologies, navigate through challenges, and optimize overall efficiency by fostering knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
To be the point of contact for emergency incidents for service-owned applications, work closely with ITS staff and engineering leads to serve as a technical point of contact, understand details and constraints of technical implementations and provide advice.
To evaluate the effectiveness measure implementation success of new products and services in the existing environment and provide ongoing tracking and monitoring of the performance of decision systems and statistical models, and recommend changes in procedures to meet company users’ needs.
To collaborate with business and ITS management functions to Evaluate the effort and cost-benefit of solutions offered by business units/vendors and review impact analysis
To analyze the current architecture and future goals, identify high-impact initiatives, and present compelling roadmaps to management for migrating enterprise applications to the desired architecture
To evaluate new technologies and software products to determine the feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities to implement the strategies and plans for migration.
To support and lead the technical product and service Life Cycle processes and activities.
To lead the end-to-end development of the application integration solutions, installation, integration, and testing.
To contribute to developing “Deployment with Flexibility” using the SaaS/PaaS/DaaS considering deployment of applications on-premises, in the cloud, or a hybrid environment
BSc degree in Information Technologies or related.
Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer sciences or related fields is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
Experience working in a medium to large organization
Experience in an IT or quantitative business area with solid demonstrated experience in architecture, integrating and analyzing disparate sources, and quality improvement, IT application domain, with a strong emphasis on software development and solutions, evaluating and implementing solution quality metrics on both relational and legacy systems.
Experience in participating in solution analysis sessions with the user community to capture business requirements clearly, completely and correctly, in creating, reviewing and presenting Source Systems Analysis and Source To Target mapping across Staging, Integration and Presentation layers.
To leverage existing sources to build a robust analytical foundation. Develop and deploy cutting-edge pipelines for unlocking insights from diverse data (images, streams, time series), enabling accurate predictions and optimized decisions. Prioritize data quality, consistency, and integration across the evolving landscape, paving the way for reliable analytics and propelling future customer experiences
To implement and follow the demand management process through end-to-end Demand Generation engagement events and working with company divisions to gather their business requirement for changes in the system and/or new technical architect-related projects.
To deliver conceptual and logical solution designs for specific applications or suites of applications within a conceptual and logical solution architecture for a set of business requirements that defines how the needs of an entire project/program impact the applications
To facilitate the evaluation and approval of technology investments in collaboration with technical divisions and business units, ensuring comprehensive tender reviews. Simultaneously, guarantee proper documentation at every stage of system development, including performance analysis and service catalog updates, creating a clear and streamlined workflow for informed decision-making.
To ensure that the application architecture components are on the appropriate long-term path and that ‘dead-end’ application options are minimized.
To provide high-level analysis and design reviews to other teams regarding integration and use to avoid potential impact on the enterprise and drive adoption as deemed appropriate.
To provide internal consultation to multiple practice areas regarding the adoption of emerging technologies include working with major platform providers, implementing proof-of-concept, and developing approaches to standardize and implement these technologies.
To work with IT architect(s) to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable, and synchronizes with ever-changing business needs.
To build a deep learning model for the automatic selection of representative images for various search guidance modules
Continuously engage with vendors and third parties to analyze and address enterprise issues across all services, proactively driving optimal solutions and ensuring service performance for the future.
To oversee the planning, organizing, and coordinating assigned technical projects and lead cross-functional teams regarding product management, engineering, support, marketing, and channels
Inspire others through a passionate vision and the ability to articulate a compelling roadmap in the solution area, igniting collective action and driving progress.
To share expertise with colleagues and others, Team learning, and knowledge sharing within ITS team(s).
To act as an Enterprise Architecture Single Point of Contact (EA SPOC) for the systems practice, including facilitation of governance processes, variance and exception approvals, and technology standards compliance
