The Insight & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading analytical processes, generating business insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the B2B department.
This role operates at the intersection of data and decision-making, with a mission to build a sustainable framework for data-driven decision-making and enhance the organization’s analytical maturity.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Insights
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify key trends and opportunities.
Generate actionable insights to support managerial and strategic decision-making.
Monitor the performance of departments and projects through KPIs and variance analysis.
Data Management & Reporting
Design and develop dashboards and management reports using BI tools.
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of data.
Build analytical structures to track financial, sales, and operational performance.
Strategic Decision Support
Collaborate closely with business units to define analytical needs and provide data-based recommendations.
Contribute to developing predictive models, scenario analyses, and ROI assessments.
Translate analytical findings into business language and present insights to senior management.
