| We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Account Manager to take responsibility for managing relationships with our valuable Bronze-tier clients The primary goal of this position is to build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and identify growth opportunities (Upsell) to increase their engagement and loyalty This role is an excellent starting point for a career in a professional sales team | Job Description |
| Manage continuous and effective communication with Bronze-tier clients to maintain and enhance their satisfaction Execute sales campaigns and introduce new products/services (Upsell) to clients based on defined strategies Address client inquiries and resolve basic issues to ensure a positive customer experience Identify and present Cross-sell and Upsell opportunities to the Senior Account Manager Perform basic analysis of client activity using existing reports to better understand their behavior Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to learn and implement best practices in client relations Provide periodic reports on activities, client feedback, and results to the Sales Manager |
Responsibilities |
| Up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a similar field (Motivated and talented recent graduates are also welcome to apply) Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive interaction An interest in learning and analyzing customer data to inform decision-making Basic familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools is an advantage A genuine interest in the Fintech or financial markets industry and a passion for learning Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members Result-oriented with a drive to achieve set targets |
