Job Description
Identify and acquire new B2B customers through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and other lead generation channels.
Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
Conduct discovery meetings and present suitable solutions based on customer needs.
Support negotiations and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
Work toward monthly sales targets and individual KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, or Telesales. (High-potential and motivated candidates are also encouraged to apply.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Results-driven mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Comfortable working with a base salary plus performance-based commission.
Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities at the same time.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated to maximize earnings through performance-based incentives.
