Junior Partnership Specialist
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Partnership Operations Specialist to support partnership operations, client coordination, service launch follow-ups, AI-assisted content creation, reporting, and project documentation.
This role acts as a coordination point between partner clients/hotels and internal teams, ensuring that requests are followed up, services are launched smoothly, communications are clear, and project information is properly documented.
Job Description
1. Partnership & Client Coordination
Act as a coordination point between partner clients/hotels and internal teams
Follow up on client requests and coordinate with the relevant teams
Maintain professional and clear communication with clients and partners
Track pending items and ensure follow-ups are completed
2. Cross-Team Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, sales, and management
Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and required actions
Keep relevant stakeholders updated on project status and client requirements
3. Client Group Follow-up
Monitor and follow up on client communication groups such as Telegram, WhatsApp, or other channels
Track client messages, requests, updates, and pending items
Coordinate internally to provide timely responses and ensure nothing is missed
4. Service Setup & Launch Coordination
Follow up on the setup and launch of services requested by clients
Coordinate with marketing and other teams for launch requirements
Collect and organize required information, content, assets, and details
Track launch progress and communicate updates when needed
5. AI-Assisted Content Creation
Use AI tools and AI agents such as ChatGPT to support daily tasks
Create and improve content for client communications, reports, proposals, summaries, and updates
Draft professional messages, announcements, follow-up texts, and project summaries
Use AI tools to improve clarity, structure, and quality of written communication
6. Reporting & Performance Follow-up
Support the preparation of periodic performance reports for partner clients/hotels
Assist in preparing monthly sales or service performance reports
Work with basic numbers, sales data, and financial information for reporting purposes
Follow up on required inputs from different teams for report preparation
7. Documentation, Archiving & Admin Follow-up
Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation for all projects
Archive client requests, service launch details, reports, proposals, contracts, and related files
Document important updates, decisions, and follow-up items
Follow up on outstanding documents, invoices, contracts, and approvals when needed
Key Responsibilities
Familiarity with tourism, hospitality, or hotel-related services
Experience with CRM, task management, or documentation tools such as Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Google Workspace
Basic understanding of marketing coordination and content workflows
Experience preparing business proposals or client-facing presentations
Experience with periodic performance/sales reporting, such as monthly reports or dashboards
Familiarity with invoice and contract follow-up processes
Ability to work with numbers and basic financial/sales data for reporting purposes
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple follow-ups at the same time. They communicate professionally with clients and internal teams, use AI tools effectively, and take ownership of coordination, documentation, reporting, and project follow-up tasks.
