Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of merchants to achieve long-term success.
Educate merchants on assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability best practices.
Keep close contact with merchants at every stage and respond to merchants’ queries via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
Monitor merchants’ important metrics on a daily basis to provide them useful guide.
Ensure that partners can sell with SnappPay without any problem.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting merchant relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth merchant performance.
Increase GMV of all merchants.
Increase the order of merchants.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of the FMCG industry.
Educate and guide merchants on best practices, and onboard new merchants.
Basic familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Microsoft Excel)
Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Familiarity with financial technology (fintech) and payment systems.
Familiarity with Contract Structure.
