We are looking for a passionate and innovative Learning & Development Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating learning programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. |
Job description |
| Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps. Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions, including e-learning courses and instructor-led sessions. Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training vendors and content providers. Facilitate dynamic and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels (onboarding, leadership, soft skills, compliance, and systems training). Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and venue coordination. Administer and maintain the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) — upload content, assign courses, track completion, and generate reports. Analyze training metrics and feedback to continuously improve program quality, relevance, and impact. |
