You will be a hands-on legal partner for product, commercial, operations and finance teams within one of our subsidiaries (e-commerce, fintech/lendtech, merchant solutions, logistics, books & art, or digital services). This is a mid-level role for candidates who will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and provide practical legal support to fast-moving business teams.
Core responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements (vendor, partner, SaaS/API, licensing, merchant agreements).
Provide day-to-day legal support to product, sales, operations and finance.
Interpret and apply relevant regulations for the subsidiary’s business.
Identify legal risks and propose business-oriented, practical solutions.
Support implementation of internal legal templates, compliance requirements and policies.
Ensure day-to-day compliance of the subsidiary’s activities with the corporate governance policies, frameworks and directives of the Holding Company.
What we’re looking for
Law degree (Bachelor of laws minimum; Master of laws is a plus). Bar license is a plus.
2–4 years’ relevant in-house or law-firm experience (commercial contracts, tech or e-commerce preferred).
Proven drafting and negotiation skills; clear, business-facing communication.
Professional English and strong Persian drafting skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder tech environment.
Desirable: experience with e-commerce, fintech/lendtech, software/SaaS, or content/IP (books & art).
