Job Description |
| Design and execute market research projects based on business and operational challenges. Translate business problems into measurable research questions and select suitable methodologies. Design research tools including questionnaires, interview guides, and focus group guidelines. Coordinate and monitor data collection processes to ensure quality, segmentation accuracy, and timely execution. Build effective communication with vendors (restaurants) and bikers using the appropriate approach for each audience. Manage scheduling and coordination of promoters, interviews, surveys, and focus groups. Collect, clean, and analyze internal and external datasets to generate actionable insights. Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analyses to support business decision-making. Use AI tools to optimize research workflows and improve operational processes. Prepare presentations and insightful reports for stakeholders. |
Responsibilities |
| Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and analytical thinking. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar tools. Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in research processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate different teams simultaneously. Experience with Jira, PowerPoint, and Python is considered a plus. |
