Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead the day-to-day management of our marketing organization and translate strategic direction into consistent execution.
This role sits directly below the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and is responsible for ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership across the entire marketing function. The Marketing Director will oversee multiple teams, drive execution, develop leaders, and create clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Success in this role requires a leader who is equally comfortable thinking strategically, making operational decisions, coaching managers, and partnering with senior executives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall marketing organization across Brand Experience, Acquisition, Retention, Creative, and Marketing Operations.
Translate business priorities into clear marketing plans, execution roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Ensure alignment and collaboration across marketing teams while maintaining a high execution standard.
Coach, mentor, and develop team leads, creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Establish effective operating rhythms, planning processes, prioritization frameworks, and performance reviews.
Act as the primary operational leader of the marketing organization, ensuring decisions are implemented efficiently and consistently.
Build scalable processes and improve organizational effectiveness as the company grows.
Monitor key marketing metrics, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decision making.
Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in marketing, including several years leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
Proven experience managing managers and leading complex organizations.
Strong understanding of modern marketing disciplines, including brand, growth, retention, creative, and marketing operations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business judgment with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Experience building processes, improving organizational efficiency, and scaling teams.
Highly collaborative with excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without relying solely on authority.
