Responsibilities: Partnership in planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, promotional offers, and lifecycle. Develop and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and preferences for targeted marketing efforts. Create and optimize customer journey maps to guide campaigns and customer interactions. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content Implement marketing automation workflows and triggers to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, timing, and other elements to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with IT and marketing technology teams to integrate and optimize CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and data sources. Work closely with other departments such as sales, customer support, and product development Job Requirements: Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in marketing and CRM. Deep knowledge of Marketing and Customer Relationship Management Proficiency with E-CRM area Knowledge of E-CRM regulations and best practices. Ability to analyze customer data, including behavior, preferences, and engagement metrics Experience with marketing automation and personalization tools. A passion for customer-centric marketing.
