The mission of this role is to continuously improve and scale the SSU registration process by identifying inefficiencies, designing effective onboarding flows, and enabling mass acquisition initiatives This role exists to increase conversion across all registration stages, establish clear and reliable contract processes, and provide transparent, data-driven reporting on team performance and registration outcomes Through structured workflows and weekly insights, the role ensures a faster, more efficient, and higher-quality merchant onboarding experience
Responsibilities
Identify and implement improvements in the SSU registration process that reduce processing time and friction, resulting in a measurable increase in overall registration efficiency within 3–6 months
Deliver weekly and monthly analytical reports on the SSU registration funnel, highlighting bottlenecks, conversion rates, and improvement actions, with 100% on-time delivery
Design and launch mass acquisition initiatives and flows that support high-volume onboarding while maintaining data accuracy and operational stability
Increase conversion rates at key registration stages by designing and optimizing targeted flows, achieving a measurable uplift in approved registrations quarter over quarter
Establish and maintain a standardized contract and addendum process, reducing contract errors, rework, and turnaround time
Ensure complete and accurate weekly performance reports for each team, enabling leadership to track progress, productivity, and operational health
Collaborate cross-functionally to align registration, acquisition, and contract workflows, ensuring consistency and scalability across teams
Job requirements
High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, missing data, and document mismatches with precision
Strong data-entry accuracy, capable of processing high-volume information with minimal errors
Excellent time management skills, with proven experience in meeting daily operational targets and managing high-throughput workloads
