| At Cafe Bazaar , we are looking for an Operations Expert with a passion for mobile technology and Android applications to join our App Review Team . The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing projects, and ensuring operational quality across the team. Key Responsibilities Define, plan, and deliver operations-related projects on schedule. Continuously monitor and evaluate OKRs, providing transparent reports on progress and performance. Implement precise quality control processes, identify operational issues, and propose effective solutions to minimize errors. Analyze operational data to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Share knowledge and provide training to team members to enhance overall efficiency. Establish and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams while upholding the professional standards of the Operations team. Identify, categorize, and manage critical or emergency situations promptly and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in operations or project management. Solid understanding of operational concepts, quality control (QC), and data analysis. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for clear and effective team collaboration. (Preferred) Experience with analytical tools and familiarity with SQL .
