Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with key partners to support business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a sharp eye for identifying collaboration opportunities, and the ability to develop partnership strategies that drive mutual success. They should also be comfortable using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, research market opportunities, analyze partnership performance, and optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with company goals.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to foster collaboration and achieve shared objectives.
Lead negotiations, draft partnership agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to integrate partnerships into company initiatives.
Track partnership performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive partnerships, and emerging opportunities to keep partnership strategies sharp and relevant.
Negotiate and finalize deals under the company’s contract guidelines and policies.
Manage the legal aspects of partnerships, including drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and supporting dispute resolution when needed.
Negotiate partnership agreement terms to ensure both parties meet their obligations and benefit from the relationship.
Deliver an excellent partner experience throughout all stages of collaboration.
Forecast, measure, and report project results with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and event partnerships.
Use AI tools to support market research, partner prospecting, competitive analysis, content ideation, reporting, workflow automation, and performance optimization.
Continuously explore new AI-powered tools and technologies to improve partnership operations, efficiency, and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in partnership development, business development, strategic alliances, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies, strategic alliances, and business growth partnerships.
Familiarity with partnership analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Notion AI, or similar platforms to improve productivity, research, analysis, communication, and reporting.
Strong willingness to continuously learn, test, and adopt new technologies, including AI-powered tools.
Ability to translate data, market insights, and partner feedback into actionable recommendations.
High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
