| Develop and lead performance marketing strategies to drive scalable and measurable growth Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels Own and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS Optimize full-funnel performance from acquisition to conversion and retention Lead A/B testing initiatives for creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages Collaborate closely with product, sales, content, and design teams to improve conversion rates Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement across all campaigns Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and optimization strategies Manage, mentor, and support performance marketing team members Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders |
Responsibilities |
| Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in digital and performance marketing Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with paid media platforms Ability to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI Excellent communication and collaboration skills |
