| Drive sustainable marketplace growth by improving both the quality and quantity of sellers, enhancing the seller experience, developing growth products, and increasing NMV and platform revenues. Key Responsibilities Acquire high-quality new sellers in target categories. Design and execute seller growth programs. Improve supply health, including content quality, inventory availability, delivery SLA, and pricing standards. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Category teams to drive GMV growth. Launch and manage growth campaigns. Analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities. Identify and develop product-led growth opportunities. Define, track, and own key KPIs including Sales, Revenue, and PBT. Reduce seller churn and improve retention. Design seller growth journeys from onboarding to maturity. Build early-warning and intervention mechanisms to manage seller performance. Analyze growth and performance-related data and translate insights into management-level recommendations. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Product, Category, and Marketing teams. Lead the Growth team and ensure strong alignment across functions. Requirements Proven experience in Commercial, Growth, Marketplace, or Product Strategy roles. Strong understanding of online platforms and general product knowledge. Solid data analysis skills with ownership of marketplace KPIs. Excellent leadership, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities. |
