Product Business Data Analyst (Wallgold)
Wallgold is building the future of gold-powered finance — turning gold from a passive store of value into a dynamic, intelligent financial ecosystem. We are looking for a Product Business Data Analyst to join our core Data & Insights team. In this role, you will shape strategic decision-making by uncovering deep insights from data, directly influencing product direction and, as a secondary priority, marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with leadership to drive data-informed decisions that unlock the full potential of gold as a modern financial tool.	Job Description
Translate business questions into clear analytical problems and develop scalable, data-driven solutions. Design and maintain dashboards and monitoring systems to track product and customer KPIs in real-time. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to define, measure, and optimize adoption, retention, and monetization metrics. Analyze customer behavior and create segmentation models to identify opportunities for growth, activation, and re-engagement. Support the ongoing development of our Key Master Table strategic framework by operationalizing OKRs, KPIs, and behavioral landmarks. Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to support analytics workflows and ensure reliable data access. Monitor and report on performance across core business domains — including gold buy/sell, loans, transfers, and other key features — providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Design and evaluate A/B tests and conduct causal analysis to assess the impact of product changes, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns. Develop forecasting models for critical metrics such as daily revenue, gold net deposits, and active users across segments. Present findings clearly and visually to cross-functional teams, transforming complex data into actionable business insights. Work with the Data Engineering team to improve data quality, metric reliability, and alignment with source-of-truth definitions.	Responsibilities
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a closely related analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau. Flexibility in learning and applying new tools, technologies, and analytical approaches based on evolving business needs. Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, data cleaning techniques, and data management best practices. Deep knowledge of product analytics, marketing attribution, and user lifecycle modeling. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to turn raw data into clear and compelling narratives. Familiarity with the fintech ecosystem is a plus. Curiosity, initiative, and an ownership mindset — this is not just an execution role.	Requirements
