Job Description |
| Collaborate with Experts Work alongside experienced Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Data Analysts, and Designers to solve meaningful product challenges while contributing to products used by millions of travelers. | Product Discovery & Problem Solving Understand user needs, business goals, product strategy, technical constraints, and available data before designing solutions. Participate in product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, user research, workshops, journey mapping, ideation, and validation. Translate research findings, analytics, and business insights into clear product opportunities. Validate design decisions through usability testing, experimentation, analytics, and iterative learning. UX & Product Design Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. Create end-to-end user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility while delivering scalable solutions. Create polished visual interfaces, thoughtful interactions, and responsive experiences with strong attention to consistency, accessibility, and design quality. Design System Design using the Design System as the single source of truth. Contribute to the evolution of reusable components, design tokens, patterns, documentation, and design standards. Collaborate with designers and engineers to improve component quality, consistency, scalability, and adoption across products. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Data teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Present design rationale, participate in design critiques, and incorporate feedback constructively. Contribute to a collaborative culture through knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Continuous Improvement Stay current with modern product design practices, accessibility standards, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging technologies. Continuously improve design quality, team processes, and product outcomes. |
Responsibilities |
| Experience 2+ years of experience designing digital products. Experience across the product design process, from discovery to delivery and iteration. Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams. Experience working with Design Systems and component-based design. Portfolio A strong portfolio demonstrating: Product thinking and structured problem solving. End-to-end UX process from discovery to delivery. High-quality UX and visual design across web and mobile products. Scalable design solutions and effective collaboration. We're interested in your thinking process as much as your final designs. Show us how you approached problems, explored alternatives, collaborated with stakeholders, and measured impact. Core Competencies Strong product thinking, analytical skills, and systems thinking mindset. Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and responsive design. Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail and consistency. Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively. Comfortable working with ambiguity, learning continuously, and giving and receiving constructive feedback. Tool Proficiency Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam. Experience with prototyping tools. Familiarity with Storybook, LottieLab, motion design, or AI-powered design tools is a plus. Technical Skills Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and component-based front-end development is a plus. AI Fluency Experience using AI tools to improve research, ideation, documentation, prototyping, or design workflows is a plus. Curiosity to explore emerging AI technologies and integrate them into everyday design practice. Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
