| Join Bitpin as a talented and results-oriented Product Designer to help our growing Product Design team. As part of a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you’ll contribute to shaping the core product experiences and evolving our design language. You’ll work on a variety of design challenges, from prototyping to final implementation, and play a key role in the growth and success of Bitpin. Job Description |
| Design Ownership: Own the UX/UI design of Bitpin’s core product experiences, ensuring seamless and user-friendly interactions. Strategy Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers and engineers—to understand business goals and align on product strategy. Problem Solving: Translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant and functional designs that drive value. Data-Driven Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve user experience. Design System: Collaborate on building and maintaining Bitpin’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Autonomy: Prioritize and manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Tools: Proficiency with Figma and other design/prototyping tools. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in product design for mobile and web platforms. Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your design process, UI/UX skills, and case studies (Required). Learn more about our Product Design Ladder |
Responsibilities & Qualifications |
| Strong storytelling and prototyping skills. Ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and rationale to peers and cross-functional teams. Experience collaborating with user researchers and data scientists. Experience designing with design systems. Familiarity with the fintech or crypto domain. |
