We’re looking for a Product Design Lead to lead Our Design team in a highly execution-focused product organization
Our company is operations-led, and our products operate in complex, real-world workflows Design plays a critical role, but the goal is shipping fast, learning fast, and unblocking teams, not chasing perfectionif you enjoy building practical solutions, making smart trade-offs, and seeing your work go live quickly, this role is for you
This is not a classic “design-led transformation” role It is a role where design has real impact by helping teams experiment, iterate, and deliver faster
You’ll be working in fast-paced, execution-driven product teams facing real operational constraints and complex user workflows The culture emphasizes learning by shipping, with design acting as an enabler of speed and momentum rather than a bottleneck
:Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of designers focused on shipping and iteration
Own end-to-end product design across multiple problem spaces
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver usable solutions quickly
Help teams move fast by keeping design simple, pragmatic, and focused
Balance quality with speed—knowing when “good enough” is the right call
Guide lightweight, actionable research that supports rapid decision-maki
Fast-paced, execution-heavy product teams
Real operational constraints and complex user workflows
A culture that values learning through shipping
Design as an enabler of velocity, not a bottleneck
:Requirements
8+ years of product design experience, at least 3+ years in leadership
Strong product thinking with a bias toward action
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in non-design-led or operations-heavy environments
Possess in-depth knowledge of current design industry practices and trends
Comfort making trade-offs and working under time pressure
Exhibit excellent design skills in layout, typography, color application, and UI principles
Ability to lead designers toward outcomes, not just great artifacts
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative skills
Experience in marketplaces, logistics, B2B tools, or operational products is a plus
