We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Product team of Shoraka — Bimeh Bazar’s B2B business line and the company’s largest revenue-driving stream. Shoraka operates as an independent product line, managing its own roadmap and initiatives to drive growth and impact across partner businesses.
Responsibilities:
Define the product vision and strategy for Shoraka, aligned with the company’s broader mission and growth goals.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for APIs and white-label solutions — from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Business Development, Compliance, and Legal teams to identify needs, ensure high-quality delivery, and maintain regulatory alignment.
Act as the voice of the partner — engage with B2B clients, gather feedback, and ensure the platform meets their needs for seamless insurance integration.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate platform performance and guide data-driven decisions.
Stay up to date with insurtech trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to drive continuous innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or insurtech environments.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience working with APIs and platform-based products.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of insurance products (life, microinsurance, etc.) is a plus, with a strong interest in learning the domain deeply.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and with external partners.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
Process & Tools: Comfortable working in agile environments with familiarity in product/project management tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
