Own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for a group of products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term growth. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, setting clear expectations and raising the overall product bar. Define and evolve the product portfolio strategy, balancing short-term execution with long-term bets and strategic trade-offs. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business leaders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and scale execution across teams. Establish clear success metrics across products and hold teams accountable for results. Drive strong product discovery practices across teams, ensuring customer problems are well understood and solutions are validated before delivery. Make high-quality decisions under ambiguity, aligning stakeholders and unblocking teams when priorities or ownership are unclear. Communicate product strategy, performance, risks, and investment trade-offs to executive leadership with clarity and confidence. Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform portfolio-level decisions and strategic direction.	Responsibilities
5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 1+ years leading multiple products or managing Product Managers. Proven experience owning product strategy and outcomes in complex, fast-moving environments Demonstrated ability to define success metrics and drive measurable impact across growth, revenue, reliability, and user experience. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning engineering, marketing, business, compliance, and executive teams around shared priorities. High-quality decision-making under ambiguity, with a track record of balancing speed, risk, and long-term strategy. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience developing Product Managers and scaling product practices across teams. Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to inform product and portfolio decisions.	Requirements
