| Product Manager ، Product Operations Domain | |
| Define and execute the product roadmap for product operations tools, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with operation, support and internal teams to identify pain points and develop solutions that improve efficiency and response times. Lead the design and delivery of product operations products, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs. Act as the main bridge between the product operations domain and other product teams to ensure smooth cross-domain collaboration. Monitor support performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, etc.) and use data to guide improvements. Continuously gather feedback from frontline support teams and translate it into actionable product initiatives |
Responsibilities |
| 3+ years of experience in product or project management, preferably in customer support, operations, or related domains. Strong understanding of customer support processes, tools, and KPIs. Experience in building or managing back office or internal tools is a strong plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability. A customer-first mindset with passion for improving service quality and user experience. Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation Basic technical understanding of APIs and system integrations; ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
