| Project Management Specialist | |
| Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget. Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project. Coordinate with internal parties for the flawless execution of projects. Manage relationships between internal teams. Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools. Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks. Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed. Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation. |
Responsibilities: |
| Bachelor or master degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc. Familiar with business and finance industry. Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels. High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance. Comfortable navigating through gray areas without clear solutions. Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture. Good Excel skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Self-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to be met. Proficiency in English. Having the ability of thinking outside the box, problem solving, strategic thinking and time management. |
