Job Description |
| Organize and schedule department meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of meetings (MOM). Identify project needs, requirements, and resources based on priorities, objectives, and schedules. Initiate and lead effective project communication plans, coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery. Define, track, and evaluate project KPIs, benchmarking performance against industry standards and competitors. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and support smooth implementation. Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and user manuals. Monitor project milestones and conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvement opportunities. Provide creative solutions to project challenges and contribute to continuous process enhancement. |
Responsibilities |
| Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Computer Science (PMP/Agile certification is a plus) At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in tech-driven or contact center environments Proficiency with project management and data visualization tools (e.g., Jira, Power BI, Tableau) Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills with a data-driven mindset Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities with attention to detail |
