Job Title: Prompt Engineer
We are looking for a passionate new member to join our AI team who loves what they do and is committed to personal growth while helping others improve. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop prompts tailored to specific tasks, domains, or objectives, ensuring clarity, relevance, and effectiveness in eliciting desired responses from language models
Continuously refine and optimize prompts to improve output quality through data-driven experimentation and analysis
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to incorporate feedback into prompt design
Conduct controlled experiments with different prompt formulations to evaluate model behavior
Analyze and evaluate model responses using both quantitative metrics and qualitative review
Document guidelines and best practices in prompt engineering to support team learning and knowledge sharing
Job requirements
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field
Proven experience working with large language models or AI-powered tools
Strong understanding of natural language processing fundamentals
Experience in crafting prompts to improve model performance and output quality
Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creativity, curiosity, and a detail-oriented approach to complex challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI-focused product development
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating successful prompt optimization
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with Python and familiarity with AI libraries such as OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face
Experience in agile startup environments or R&D teams focused on NLP

Workplace Policy: Full Time - Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 2 hours of flexibility to suit your schedule
