| Reporting Specialist (FP&A Team) | |
| Ensure the accurate, timely, and understandable preparation of management reports for informed decision-making across organizational levels. Prepare and distribute periodic management reports (P&L, cash flow, key KPIs) Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in BI tools for real-time performance monitoring Conduct variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) and assist the Team Lead in preparing interpretive reports Support the preparation of special reports for the Board of Directors and specialized committees Collaborate with the Financial Modeling team to automate reporting processes and improve data quality |
Job Description |
| Minimum 2 years of specialized experience in financial and management reporting Practical proficiency in BI tools with the ability to build complex reports Familiarity with accounting principles and reporting standards Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail |
