| Gender: Any Age: From 30 to 40 Seniority Level: Manager Required Experience Year: 5 year Sales Engineering Supervisor At Tosan Techno, we are looking for a Sales Engineering Supervisor to lead our presales team and, with a deep understanding of the needs of banks and PSPs, deliver reliable payment solutions tailored to our customers. This role requires close coordination with the sales, technical, and production teams to design accurate and effective technical-commercial proposals and turn sales opportunities into signed contracts. Responsibilities: Supervise the sales engineering team, assign tasks, and prioritize projects Analyze the technical and business requirements of customers (banks, financial institutions, and PSPs) and propose suitable solutions from Tosan Techno’s portfolio (POS terminals and payment solutions) Work with the sales, technical, and production teams to design and present technical-commercial proposals Attend negotiation meetings, product demos, and technical presentations of payment products and solutions for bank and PSP executives Oversee the preparation and updating of technical documentation, proposals, and responses to customers’ technical inquiries Provide technical support to the sales team from negotiation through contract signing Coordinate with technical, production, and support teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the requirements of banking projects Train and develop sales engineering team members Requirements: Experience supervising or leading a team in presales or sales engineering Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and payment solution concepts Strong knowledge of CFA concepts, financial calculations, and cost price calculation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Fluency in English Ability to prepare proposals and technical documentation and ensure their quality Ability to understand the needs of banking and PSP customers and offer suitable solutions Ability to collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities Ability to identify and solve technical and business problems Team leadership skills and effective communication with the team, other departments, and customers Familiarity with Iran’s electronic payment ecosystem and banking industry is a plus Benefits: Supplementary health insurance Occasional gift packages Breakfast and lunch Café On-site company doctor |
