| To enhance Irancell’s marketplace and e-commerce revenue performance by approaching and attracting top suppliers, supplier competitiveness, optimized product listings, and a superior customer experience across digital touchpoints. This role drives the Digital Sales Channel via driving category growth, improving conversion through visitor to customer ration in marketplace, ensuring stock and pricing readiness matches market, and strengthening supplier onboarding to support sustainable digital sales results. Education B.Sc. in in Commerce, Marketing, Communication or related Experience 4–6 years of experience in marketplace operations, digital sales, e-commerce, or online merchandising. Experience in supplier coordination, content optimization, or customer journey enhancement preferred. Experience working in medium to large organizations. Roles & Responsibilities Monitor and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, fairness, competitiveness and completeness of titles, attributes, descriptions, and images. Search for and find the first-hand suppliers to cut to intermediaries and make the prices and margin more competitive Define and propose new models of supplier onboarding and frameworks to attract the top providers and maintain them in marketplace Oversee supplier lifecycle in the marketplace, address their issues and always ensure the suppliers list match the defined strategies Ensure visibility, searchability (SEO), and ranking of products using marketplace optimization best practices. Verify stock availability and pricing accuracy across all suppliers. Conduct regular digital shelf audits to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.Ensure alignment with Irancell marketplace standards and commercial policies. Support onboarding of new suppliers to ensure alignment with quality, competitiveness, and operational standards. Coordinate with suppliers on product information, pricing updates, stock readiness, and campaign participation. Track supplier SLA compliance and follow up for timely issue resolution. Evaluate supplier competitiveness and identify improvement areas in assortment, pricing, and availability. Analyze user behavior and customer journeys to identify friction points affecting traffic and conversion. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance page design, structure, navigation, and search experience Support testing of new interface elements, features, and content layouts. Recommend enhancements based on marketplace analytics and industry best practices. Track key KPIs including traffic, conversion, ranking, visibility, stock coverage, and price competitiveness. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance dashboards for management Conduct competitor benchmarking on assortments, pricing, promotions, and digital shelf execution. Identify category risks and opportunities and propose corrective commercial actions Support seasonal and tactical digital sales campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Mega Sales, exclusive bundles). Ensure supplier readiness across pricing, stock, assortment, and product content quality. Validate campaign landing pages and ensure optimal product positioning. Support post-campaign analysis and insight generation for future improvements. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify marketplace issues and improvement areas. Support corrective actions related to inaccurate listings, delays, or dissatisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the end-to-end digital shopping experience. Support A/B tests for content and UI improvements to boost conversion.
