We are expanding our AI capabilities and looking for a talented Senior AI & Data Scientist to join us and help shape the future of AI-powered trading and financial intelligence tools.
As a Senior AI & Data Scientist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models across trading, risk management, pricing, fraud detection, and prediction. You will work closely with the engineering, product, and research teams to turn business challenges into intelligent, scalable solutions using state-of-the-art AI technologies.
Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for large-scale real-world applications.
Work on predictive analytics, time-series modeling, customer profiling, churn prediction, and trading strategy optimization.
Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and Generative AI models.
Build RAG systems, prompt pipelines, and AI agent architectures for real product integration.
Implement data pipelines and feature engineering for supervised, unsupervised, and generative modeling.
Design pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, monitoring, and evaluation.
Conduct research on modern AI techniques and implement them within Nobitex products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and security.
Present results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
5+ years of professional experience working with ML/DL models at scale.
Proven expertise working with LLMs, Generative AI models, and Transformer architectures.
Strong proficiency in Python and common data science frameworks (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience in building and deploying ML solutions in production environments.
Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithmic principles.
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational/non-relational databases.
Experience with cloud platforms or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate within a team.
Nice to Have:
Experience in financial markets / crypto / trading algorithms.
Experience with Reinforcement Learning, LLMs, NLP, or Recommendation Systems.
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Airflow, ML pipelines, and model monitoring.
Experience in designing and improving pricing or risk management models.
Familiarity with big data infrastructures (Spark/Hadoop).
Contributions to open-source projects or research publications.
Passion for cryptocurrencies, fintech innovation, data-driven decision making and Generative AI productization and scaling intelligent systems
