| The Senior Accounting Specialist (AR) is responsible for maintaining healthy and sustainable settlement procedures with contract parties, ensuring timely settlements with vendors and other stakeholders, monitoring and preventing over/under payments, and demonstrating professional behavior in the workplace Responsibilities Recording and maintenance of general accounting records on a day-to-day basis Timely execution of payments based on the appropriate contracts due date Follow up and clarify the conflicts that customers may face Effective and timely preparation of the requested reports from the managers Assistance in annual statutory audit and tax engagements Maintenance of a healthy and sustainable settlement procedure with contract parties Ensuring timely settlements with vendors and other relevant stakeholders Monitoring and preventing any possible instances of over/under payment Demonstration of professional behavior in the workplace Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of accounting standards Ability to function efficiently under time constraints Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP Familiarity with the Law on Sales Terminals and the Taxpayer System Familiarity with Rahkaran Familiarity with modern payment methods and fintech solutions Strong analytical thinking skills Professional behavior and workplace ethics Commitment to continuous professional development |
